福州市文化产业品牌培育研究

摘    要:福州市文化产业品牌培育在文化产品、文化企业等方面取得一定的成效。以访谈法获取的书面记录及数据资料剖析文化产业品牌培育过程中存在的问题,其中资源整合不到位、文化产品同质化严重、龙头企业欠缺、综合性创意人才缺乏等方面应成为解决的重点问题。基于此,应从优化资源整合,培育龙头企业;突出创意为王,培育差异化文化产品;打破行业界限,培育综合性创意人才;优化政策环境,培育文化品牌的良好生态等方面提出具体的措施。

Abstract:Fuzhou cultural industry brand cultivation achieved certain results in the aspects of cultural products and cultural enterprises. The paper tries to analyze the problems in the process of brand cultivation by written records and data through interviewing method. The problems, such as homogeneity of culture product, lack of leading enterprises, lack of comprehensive creative talents, are very serious. Based on this, the specific measures are put forward, such as optimizing resource integration, cultivating leading enterprises, outstanding the king of creativity, fostering differentiation of cultural products, breaking the boundaries, and cultivating comprehensive creative talent.
