中国非政府组织发展与扶贫工作

随着改革开放的不断深入,社会利益的不断调整,虽然旧的贫困问题得到了缓解,但是和新的贫困问题相结合,我国的贫困问题依然严重,政府的单方面扶贫工作逐渐陷入困境,因此在政府失灵,市场无法参与扶贫的情况下,非政府组织在扶贫工作中的作用日益显现,这也符合我国社会保障社会化的目标要求。

The Development and Project of Helping the Poor of China's Non-governmental Organizations

With the further development of the policy of opening to the outside world and the adjustment of our social interests,though the former poverty has been mitigated,our problem of poverty is still serious,combining with the newly poverty.The unilateral project of the government is gradually bogging down,so in such a condition as the efforts of the government failed and this project refuses the marketable operation,the function of those non-governmental organizations increasingly appears,which is in line with our aim of the socialization of China's social security.
