| 摘 要： | 自由主义、保守主义、新自由主义和新保守主义这四种理论之间有着千丝万缕的联系，同时也存在着重大区别。主要表现在它们关于自由的观点，关于国家或政府的作用的观点，以及关于社会福利和公平的观点上。虽然它们在这些方面存在着不同，但是他们都是为资本主义发展服务的理论，是在旧有的理论基础上的改良，因此，它们都解决不了资本主义本身的痼疾。

| Abstract: | Tangled links and great differences exist among liberalism,conservatism,neo-liberalism and neo-conservatism.The mainly aspects are the arguments concerning liberty,nation and government,social welfare and justice.They serve for the development of capitalism in spite of the difference.So they can't settle the problem of capitalism. |
