| 摘 要： | 美国是一个实施公民教育比较典型的国家，文章从历史角度出发对美国公民教育各阶段的内容、目的、实施途径等作以简单介绍，分析了20世纪后期公民教育发展的制约因素以及新世纪美国公民教育的发展趋势。
