大强度运动对脑电活动影响的研究

摘    要:采用实验研究方法,对体育系男学生(20名)在安静状态、大强度负荷后即刻1 min、3 min的脑电变化进行测试.结论:大强度运动可以引起明显的大脑皮层电变化,大强度运动后易使中枢神经细胞产生疲劳,并且疲劳恢复很快.大强度运动可以提高神经系统的机能.

Abstract:With the method of experiment research,the brain electrical activities of 20 students majored in sports were surveyed in the quiet state and one minute and three minutes after large intensity exercises immediately.The results of experiments were as follows: large intensity exercises affected motor column obviously.Large intensity exercises lead to the fatigue of the brain cells but recovery form fatigue is fast.Large intensity exercises can increase the level of the brain's functions.
