文秘专业“互助式三双工学结合”人才培养模式的探索与实践

如何有效地实现工学结合是困扰文秘专业人才培养的难题之一。本文首次提出并阐释了文秘专业＂互助式三双工学结合＂人才培养模式的内涵,总结出了设立企业课堂、建立培训站点、组建自助实体等多种实现工学结合的运作方式及其操作要点。这些方法有效地整合了校内外资源,取得了较好的效果。

The Research on Talent Cultivating Mode of Interdependent and Triple-Double Combination of Learning and Work in Secretary Department

How to effectively achieve talent cultivating mode of applying study to work is one of harass for the Secretary Department.It is the first time to set forth and explain connotation of cultivation mode of "interdependent and triple-double combination of learning and work",sum up various modes and points of operation to achieve combination of learning and work by means of establishing classes in enterprises,setting the training sites,organizing self-realization entity and so on in this paper.These methods effectively integrate the internal and external resources of college and the good results have been achieved.
