高校辅导员队伍建设的若干思考

摘    要:自中央16号文件颁发以来,高校辅导员队伍建设取得了明显的进展:如顶层设计明方向,遵循规律是保障,实践探索出成果,职业化建设奠基础等。高校内涵式发展要求下辅导员队伍建设面临的困境主要表现为:结构性问题目益凸显,专业化建设进入“深水区”。走出困境的对策或思路:坚持科学化,着眼职业化,紧抓专业化,依托学科交叉融合发展。

Abstract:Since the issue of CPC Document No. 16, college advisors team construction has achieved marked progress with its top--level design, practical exploration and professionalization. In the con- text of connotative development of higher eduction, the advisors team is confronted with increasingly prominent structural problems and its professionalization is now in deep water. The way out is to stick to the scientific road, focus on the team's professionalization and specialization and draw on interdisci- plinary integration to develop.
