当代大学生人格缺失的背景分析及高校人格教育的发展趋势

高校要注重加强对大学生的人格教育,根据大学生的身心发展特点和人格现状,坚持以人为本的教育理念,引导学生积极主动地塑造健康人格,成为适应社会发展需要的高素质人才。本文通过对我国当代大学生人格缺失种种表现的分析,指出家庭教育教养方法的不当、长期以来学校教育片面强调科学技术教育而忽视人文素质教育,社会环境的负面作用是影响当代大学生人格塑造的主要因素。高校人格教育的发展趋势:一是要培养大学生的自我人格意识和自律意识,在内化上下功夫;二是要积极开展人文素质教育,在外化上下功夫。

Performance and Background Analysis of Contemporary University Student Personality Imperfection and Development trend of the University Personality Education

University should pay attention to the enhancement of the college students' personality education. According to the characteristic of the development of their body and mind and the personality status in quo, sticking to the education principle of making the person become the central, we should guide the students to shape healthy personality actively and positively and to be qualified persons to adapt the development of the society. Through the analysis of college students' personality, this thesis points out that the mainly fact that effects contemporary university student personality is the rapid change of the society, unilateral emphasis on science technique education and the deficiency of psychology tutorship in university. Development trend of the university personality education is that, the first is that university train undergraduate's self-personality consciousness and self-disciplines consciousness, make effort at inside ;the second is that university should develop humanities education energetically , make effort at outside.
