| 摘 要： | 新型的教学模式和要求必须要有学生的积极参与相配合,也就需要新型的师生关系来保证,如何在课堂上让学生们摆脱胆小、自卑和惰性而积极、主动地投入到学习和练习中去,激励性语言的使用则是一种行之有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | New teaching mode and requirements demand the active participation and cooperation of students in class, namely, new teacher-student relationship should be guaranteed. Encouraging language is of great effect to let students overcome timidity, laziness and sense of inferiority. On the contrary, these speeches can make students take an active part in class activities. |
