摘    要:蛋白质中的肽键能与双缩脲反应生成蓝紫色的络合物,其颜色的深浅与蛋白质含量呈线性相关。在波长540nm下,用721分光光度计测其吸光值,经大量重复试验并借助生物统计方法,可得蛋白质含量与吸光值关系的回归方程。此法可用于快速测定王浆中的粗蛋白含量。其测量准确度符合检测要求。

Abstract:With tine reaction between peptide bond of protein and biuret ,purplish blue complex compod is produced ,and its colour gets heavier proportionally as protein increases. Under wavelength 540nm and by the use of 721 - spectropfhoto meter,the compond's light-absorbing ability can be identified.Thus after a series of same experiments and with the help of biological statistics, a regression equation which shows the relationship between protein content and the light - absorbing ability can be inquired into use. The equation will offer remarkable convenience to calculate the protein content in Royal Jelly,its accuracye can satisry the requirement of testa and calculation.
