| 摘 要： | 知识转移作为近年在知识界兴起的一场思想运动,其影响力毋庸置疑.从知识管理、信息传播到读者工作诸领域,它的踪影几乎无处不在,严重对抗着传统图书馆大众传播理论.因此,本文认为,很有必要对知识转移进行一番探讨,以充分认识知识传播与知识转移的孰是孰非以及各自的划界定位,进而进行有效的图书馆和社会的文化批判.
