| 摘 要： | 社区文化具有社会沟通、心理凝聚、价值导向、行为规范等诸多功能,影响居民生活的各个方面。石家庄市社区文化建设尚存在诸多认识上的误区,要取得社区文化建设的实效,需要加强物质文化建设,优化人员配备,从大处着眼,小处入手。

| Abstract: | The community civilization has lots of functions such as society communication,psychic conglobation,value orientation,action criterion and so on.It almost influences the every field of community citizens.It is very important to the social development.There are many misunderstandings in the construction of Shijiazhuang city's community civilization.To achieve the practical effect of it,the construction of material civilization needs to be strengthened,the personnel disposal needs to be optimized,and the general goal should be kept in sight while taking hold of daily tasks. |
