| 摘 要： | 在分析体育教学各种因素的基础上，实行量化管理，建立切实可行的目标管理体系，再以体质研究所得出的各种反馈资料为依据，在定期或分阶段作一些适当调正，利用开放型管理机制和各种心理效益来强化竞争意识。用个人增长值为中介因素，最后用加权指数来评定学生的体育成绩。
