| 摘 要： | 法律必须被信仰,否则它将形同虚设。法律与宗教联姻而生的法律信仰是西方法治得以确立和生长的观念基础,法治之所以首先在西方获得理论证成并付诸实践,与西方国家特有的以法律信仰为核心的法律文化传统有关。作为后发法治国家,我国应以史为鉴,牢牢把握法律信仰这一法治建设的核心要素,尽早实现国人百余年来梦寐以求的法治国家的理想。

| Abstract: | Law needs conviction ,or it will exits in name only .The law conviction born from the marriage between law and religion is the sense basis for the foundation of "rule of law"in west country .The reason why "rule of law"started theoretically and practically in west country lies in its law conviction of law-culture .As a afterwards country in law-domination ,we should cultivate law conviction to realize our dream for "rule of law". |
