滨北荒地科学适度复垦研究

经过对山东滨州北部古代黄河三角洲荒地垦殖史的考察和资料考证,并结合试验分析,提出:①垦殖是必要的;②科学合理垦殖才会真正见效;③既要抓复垦,保持耕地总量动态平衡,又要抓土地整理,实现可持续利用;④以“草业”为主是开发滨化荒地资源的战略性措施.

Studies on the Scientific and Moderate Reclamation of the Wasteland in the North of Binzhou District

Investigating into the history of cultivating wasteland in huanghe Delta, North Binzhou, Shandong Province, we draw an inference through the data textual research and the experimental analysis that :Cultivating wasteland is necessary, and it will he really effective to cultivate wasteland scientifically and rationally. Try to recultivale wasteland to keep the dynamic equilibrium of thd total plough quantity, and to bring about continual utilization through land arrangement. The stategic measure in exploiting North Binzhou wasteland resources is based on grass industry.
