| 摘 要： | 本文提出了高等职业技术教育相对于传统普通高等教育和中等职业教育的根本性特色之所在，分析了这种根本特色的建立对于实现高等职业教育可持续发展的关键性作用，并探讨了为建成这种根本特色学校方所应转变的教育观念与应采取的措施，社会与政府所应营造的氛围和应出台的政策等。
