| 摘 要： | 近年来外国对华提起反倾销案件的次数、金额等急剧上升,出现这种现象的原因是复杂的,既有国内的,又有国际的;既有主观的,又有客观的;既有经济的,又有法律的。当务之急是寻求应对之策:引导国内企业走合法竞争之路;实施外贸经营主体多元化和外贸市场多元化战略;建立完善的反倾销应诉机制;培育企业的反倾销法律意识,培养一批从事反倾销工作的专门人才。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the times and sums in the cases of Anti-dumping against China have been increasing rapidly with various causes of internal or international ones, subjective or objective ones, and economic or legal ones. The task of the greatest urgency is to seek the countermeasures: conducting the internal enterprises to have legal competitions; implementing the tragedy of various foreign trades and plural foreign market; building the perfect responding-to-an- action system of anti-dumping; and developing the enterprises' law awareness of anti-dumping and cultivating a large number of specialized personnel who take up anti-dumping. |
