| 摘 要： | 章以2002年在上海证券交易所上市的公司的中报为研究样本，实证分析了我国企业股权结构与企业绩效之间的关系，结果表明，股权集中度与企业绩效之间存在显正相关关系。因此在目前的情况下。培育一定的控制型股东，保持一定的股权集中度将有利于企业绩效的提高。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the semi annual financial reports of the firms which are listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, this study analyses the relationship between the ownership structure and firm performance in our country, and shows a magnificent positive relation. The conclusion is that at present, bringing up some controlling stockholders and maintaining certain degree of control will positively affect the firm performance. |
