信息技术指的是主要用于管理和处理信息所采用的各种技术的总称.信息技术多元化就是信息技术的开发和使用的多样化.从其本身来说,它是一种中立的价值体系.但任何技术都是人加以开发和利用的结果,信息技术多元化的利用就会带来一些伦理上的问题,突出表现在它减少了人们之间情感交流、促进了人们思维的感性化与削减了人们的社会公德心.而解决这一问题则需要对信息技术多元化的开发利用性质进行合理界定与社会整体的努力.

Ethical Issues Brought by Diverse IT

Diversification of the information technology is the diversification of its development and use. For itself, it is a neutral value system. However, any technology is the result developed and utilized by people, the diversification of information technology will bring some ethical problems, such as reducing the emotional communication between people, promoting people＇s perceptual thinking, cutting people＇s morality. The solution to this problem are reasonable definition of the development of information technology and the whole society＇s effort.
