| 摘 要： | 皖北镇守使是民国时期(1913-1926)在安徽皖北地区设置的军事政治职位,统辖区域内的军民政务,绥靖地方、安定社会,是民国初年北京政府在地方上实行的一种特殊政治制度。皖北镇守使通过剿匪、平定民变兵变,维护社会治安,在一定程度上加强了对地方的控制,保障了社会稳定。

| Abstract: | The garrison in north Anhui was a military and political institution of the Republic of China （1913 - 1926）. The special political position established by the Beijing government in its early administration aimed to control military and civilian affairs, stabilize society and guard the local place. The garrison in north Anhui maintained public security, strengthened the control of the local government and ensured social stability by suppressing the bandits and putting down mutinies. |
