为了全面提升人才培养质量,杨凌职业技术学院推出“百县千企”联姻工程,全方位推进校政、校企合作。本文以旅游与管理系实施“百县千企”联姻工程为例,阐述其实施的途径、成效及应注意的问题。通过科学实施“百县千企”联姻工程,全面提升旅游人才培养的质量。

To Improve the Quality of Tourism Talents by Implementing the Cooperation Project between College and Enterprises

In order to comprehensively improve training quality of talents and strengthen the cooperation with government and enterprises： Yangling Vocational and Technical College carries out the cooperation project between college and one hundred counties and one thousand enterprises. This article gives an example about the cooperation project between college and counties and enterprises, which is carried out by tourism and management department, explains its methods, results and questions nee- cling attention. The training quality of talents on tourism is comprehensively improved by this method.
