论知识经济与传统经济的关系

知识经济是在传统经济的基础上发展起来并逐步具有独立性的,而其独立性又是以先进性作基础的,知识经济与传统经济存在着替代与互补的辩证关系,知识经济以其新知识,新技术见长,而传统经济则以其丰富的人力,财力,物力称雄,二又形成“供需”关系,它们之间既依赖又竞争,由此而具有互动性。

On the Relation Between Knowledge Economy and Traditional Economy

Knowledge economy has been developed on the basis of traditional economy.It has step by step gained its uniqueness,which is bred on the basis of its own advancedness.Knowledge economy and traditional economy have dialectical conflict between substitude and complement.They constifute the relation of "demand" and "supply",with new knowledge and technology from knowledge economy;and humanpower,money and stuff from traditional economy. Nevertheless,they progress by relying on each other and competing with each other.
