自我效能感理论对高职生创业动机培养的意义

随着我国高等职业教育的不断发展,高职生创业教育在整个高职人才培养工作中的地位日益凸现。如何培养、激发高职生的创业动机,鼓励学生自主创业需要深入研究。在高职生创业动机培养过程中,借助自我效能感理论,引导学生正确认识、评价自我,了解自身所具备的创业素质,可以帮助他们树立信心,增强创业动机,从而走上自主创业之路。

The Significance of Self-efficacy Theory on Cultivating Entrepreneurial Motivation of Higher Vocational Students

As the constant development of China's higher vocational education,entrepreneurial education for higher vocational students plays a more important role in the whole work of higher vocational personnel cultivating. How to cultivate and inspire the entrepreneurial motivation of higher vocational students and encourage them to start an entrepreneurial career needs to be researched deeply. In the process of cultivating the entrepreneurial motivation of higher vocational students,to draw support from self-efficacy theory,guide the students to recognize and evaluate them correctly,and realize the entrepreneurial qualities they have,can help them to establish self-confidence,enhance the entrepreneurial motivation,and then start their own entrepreneurial careers.
