成人教育与新形势下的农村人力资源开发

在我国政府大力建设社会主义新农村的新形势下,成人教育在农村人力资源开发中将起到越来越重要的作用。在简述我国农村成人教育现状和农村人力资源开发存在的问题的基础上,分析在建设社会主义新农村的新形势下我国农村人力资源开发的要求,最后指出农村的成人教育必须加强文化道德教育,完善成教体系建设,为构建农村终身教育体系,培养新型农民做出贡献。

Adult Education and Rural Human Resource Development in the New Environment

In the environment of constructing socialistic new country, the adult education has been more and more important in the development of rural human resource. On the basis of summarizing the current situation and problems of the rural human resource, this article analyses the new requirements in the new situation. It concludes that the adult education must enhance the moral education and perfect the adult education system so that it can make contribution to rural lifelong education and help to cultivate the new type ,peasants.
