摘    要:以美、日两国企业的质量管理运动为借鉴,探索质量文化的形成过程和发展路径,结合当代中国的现实,比较造成中、日、美三国企业质量文化区别的深层次原因,并从多方面探讨培育中国企业优秀质量文化的发展路径。

Abstract:Referring to the American and Japanese corporate quality management movement,this paper explores the formation process and development route of quality culture,including the formation process of quality improvement and TQM,and reveals its economic and cultural background.Combining with the reality in modern China,it compares the difference of Chinese,Janpanese and American corporate quality culture,analyzes its profound reasons from the aspects of culture reason,management thought and corporate culture,and studies the development route for cultivating excellent Chinese corporate quality culture.
