高中生全员导师制实践与创新

全员导师制是推进德育工作的新举措。全员导师活动的开展充分调动了学生对学习生活的热情,挖掘了学生的内在潜力,强化了学生的问题意识和责任意识,达到了预期效果。在对活动开展的检查、反馈和评价过程中,也发现了一些问题,需要在进一步完善制度和措施,使此项活动开展得更加科学和规范。

Practice and Innovation of Full Tutorial System in Senior Middle School

Full tutorial system is a new measure to promote the moral education,and opens up a new route to moral education by all the staff.Full tutorial activities to fully arouse students enthusiasm for learning,tap up students internal potentials,and strengthen students question awareness and responsibility consciousness.However,some problems have been found in the process of examination,feedback and assessment of the activity,and more work should be done to perfect the system and measures to ensure this activity more scientific and standard.
