中小学体育发展中的不利因素及对策

学校体育工作逐步走向正规化和法制化的轨道，但是在中小学体育中还存在着许多不利因素；学校体育的基础地位没有真正确立，现行的体育课程体系已不适应新的时代的要求，学生的健康状况令人担忧，学校体育中存在武虚作假等腐败现象，体育教师的巨大潜能没有得到发挥。这些不利因素已不同程度地制约着学校体育事业的发展。其主要对策是：要提高认识，给予学校体育在政策、经费、场地、设施和时间上以充分保证；要对体育课程内容及体育考核等方面进行改革；要采取切实措施来增强学生体质；要正本清源，从源头打假；要克服学校体育教科研管理松散的状况，健全对体育教师业务评估体系，努力开创学校体育工作的新局面。

Disadvantages and Combating Strategies in the P.E. Developement of Primary and Middle Schools

Though PE in schools has been brought in the orbit of normalization and legalization, there still exist many disadvantages which hinder the development of PE career in different ways and degrees.The disadvantages are as follows:Firstly,people haven't realized the importance of PE in schools. Accordingly they haven't put it in the basic place. Secondly the present system of PE as a subject can't meet the needs of new ages. Thirdly the students' health conditions are worrying. Fourthly, there still exist cheating cases (in PE).Finally, teachers' potentialities haven't been fully developed. The solutions to these disadvantages have also been put forward. Pay more attention to PE and make sure that a better policy, enough money, equipment and time should be offered; the contents of PE as a subject and test systems should be reformed; practical regulations should be taken to increase the students' health conditions; problems should be completely solved and the cheating cases should be got rid of at the very beginning; The loose management situation in PE research should be changed; the evaluation system for the PE teachers should be made sound.All these things should be done to open up a new prospect of PE in shcools.
