| 摘 要： | 冲突是管理中常见的一种现象。优秀运动队作为一个系统，不但存在着内部冲突，而且系统本身和其周围的环境之间也存在着冲突。从系统论和冲突论的角度，对优秀运动队管理中存在的外部冲突进行分析，提出处理冲突的具体原则和方法，以帮助教练员提高管理运动队的水平。

| Abstract: | Conflicts are common phenomenon in management. As a system, excellent athletes team not only exaits internal conflicts, hut also occurs conflicts with its circumstance around. In tiffs article, we, according to the theory of system and conflicts, analyzed external conflicts in managements of excellent athletes teams, and put forward concrete principles and methods to dispose of them, in order to help instructors improve their ability to manage athletes teams. |
