| 摘 要： | 金融深化理论的提出为发展中国家的经济发展提供了重要的理论指导。分别从金融总量和金融工具的多样性两个角度来判断中国的金融深化程度，得出了中国的金融深化程度较低的结论，并提出了相应的金融深化对策。

| Abstract: | Financial deepening theory has provided the important theory gu id ance for the economy of developing countries.This article judges Chinese finan cial deepening level from gross financial weight and financial tool diversity r espectively,and concludes that the degree of Chinese financial deepening is sti ll low,and puts forward prudent financial deepening countermeasure. |
