临沂市农村基层民主建设中的妇女参与问题

随着村民自治这一基层民主政治形式在我国农村的施行,临沂市广大农民的民主意识、参政热情和参与意识已有普遍的提高。但调查中发现,农村妇女的政治参与意识依然较低,参与基层民主的状况堪忧。要提高农村妇女参政水平,需要党和政府在实践中注意引导,创造出有利于农村妇女参政的环境和条件。
