新时期高校党务工作队伍建设的现状和对策

社会现实负面影响与高校党务工作软弱无力的反差，社会现实的高要求与党务工作队伍素质参差不齐的反差，工作的高要求与福利待遇偏低的反差，工作的繁杂难以量化与没有成就感的反差，使高校党务工作者产生诸多的思想认识问题，不能适应新时期党务工作发展的需要，造成心理失衡，工作缺乏动力；必须抓好高校党务干部的配备和使用，培训教育和提高，增强党建工作的主动性，抓好党务干部队伍建设的创新。

On the Present Conditions and Countermeasures for Staff Development of the Party Work of the Colleges in the New Century

The interactions between negative influences of the reality and weaknesses of Party work of the colleges, the contrasts from the high requirements of the reality and different qualities of the Party contingents, the disagreements upon high work requirements and relatively low welfares, the contradictions between complications of Party work and no achievements, as have been resulting in the fact that the Party staff members have not paid great attentions to the importance of the Party work and can note meet the needs of the progress of Party work in the new century with mental unbalance and motive shortage. The paper suggests that it is the must to arrange and use well the Party staff members of the colleges, with some extent training and improving, managing and building to reinforce the initiative of the Party staff members to reach the purpose of the innovation of staff development of the Party work.
