| 摘 要： | 中途接手问题班,对自己无疑是个挑战。经过学前教育周的交锋,我就意识到摆在面前的是一个棘手的难题：多数学生缺乏爱心和团结精神,自律性差,抽烟、上网玩游戏、打架等无＂恶＂不作,要对付他们还要动不少脑筋。
