| 摘 要： | 署名权是表明作者身份的权利,原则上应由作者本人来行使.但现实情况是署名权常常未能得到合理的行使.根据署名权的行使原则和作品署名的各种复杂情况,对集体作品、学位论文、建筑作品等七种类型的作品署名权行使方式进行分析与探讨,为解决作品署名问题提供参考.

| Abstract: | A author's right is the right to indicate the author's identity and should be used by the author personally in principle.But at present it usually is not rationally performed.On the basis of the implememtation principle of author's right,this author probes into seven kinds of methods,such as collective work,thesis,archetecture and so on to provide references to this problem. |
