独立学院高职学生班级管理探析——以东莞理工学院城市学院为例

基于经济社会双转型的需要,东莞地区在人力资源上急需大量技术技能型高职人才,作为本土高校对此应有所作为。为此,独立院校培养高职人才必须根据高职学生的内在特点进行针对性、可适性教育和管理,从班级合作意识、班级长效管理、学生竞争意识、学生职业规划等多方面不断提升高职学生班级管理水平,促使高职学生顺利实现角色转换。
