| 摘 要： | 小城镇是我国城市化的主要模式,它在使原有的农村基础教育划分为城镇和乡村基础教育的同时,在客观上也造成了城乡基础教育发展的不和谐。这一状况不仅削弱了当前农村基础教育,也会对将来城镇化进程产生重要影响。本文在实证分析的基础上,提出促进城乡基础教育和谐发展的思路。
