创业机会的深度分析——生命周期理论的视角

 在创业研究领域，创业机会研究的重要性已经成为共识。现有的研究中，创业机会研究仍停留在概念层面，创业机会的内在特征和发展规律上缺乏深层次的分析。本文应用生命周期理论对创业机会的发展规律进行了考察，基于创业机会内在特征的不同发展阶段划分了几类创业机会，并且针对不同类型的创业机会提出了不同的机会开发措施。

The profound analysis of entrepreneurial opportunity: the view from enterprise''''s life cycle theory

The importance of the research on entrepreneurial opportunity has become common sense in the field of entrepreneurship.In existing researches,the research on entrepreneurial opportunity still remains at the concept level,and there is a shortage of profound analysis of the internal characters and developing rule of entrepreneurial opportunity.This paper explores the developing stages of entrepreneurial opportunity using enterprise's life cycle theory,classifies several kinds of entrepreneurial opportunity based upon the different developing stages of the internal characters of entrepreneurial opportunity,and gives opportunity development methods for each kind of entrepreneurial opportunity.
