新课程改革:症结与超越

摘    要:新课程改革是一项整体的、复杂的、系统的基础教育建设工程,尤其是受制于文化心理积淀不足、教师准备不足等方面因素,新课程改革不可能是一帆风顺、速战速决的。新课程改革所赋予基础教育的新思路、新使命、新方法的实现,以及可能带来的基础教育的新局面与新范式的形成,需要在相当长的时间内才能完成。新课程改革的路径在于明确课程与教学认识论的当代视野、立场与逻辑,建立恰切的课程改革方法论和建立“研究与发展”型教师队伍。

Abstract:New curriculum reform is a whole,complicated and systematic project of basic education construction.Especially with the restriction of some factors such as insufficient accumulation of cultural psychology and experience,as well as the lackness of the teachers' preparation,new curriculum reform can not go smoothly and fight a quick battle to force a quick decision.It will take a long time to realize the new idea,the new mission and new method proposed by the new curriculum reform and to form the new situation and paradigm of the basic education.The way of new curriculum reform and teaching epistemology is to define the contemporary viewpoint,standpoint and logic,to construct appropriate curriculum reform methodology and to establish research and development-oriented teaching staff.
