| 摘 要： | 当前，农民职业教育的定位不符合社会发展的要求是阻碍其发展的核心问题。要解决这一问题，必须摒弃长期特有的政治－－经济定位模式，从第三部门的视角对农民职业教育进行重新定位。这样，不仅有利于解决当前农民职业教育发展中的深层次问题，也适应了入世后政府职能转变的要求。

| Abstract: | At present, that the position of peasants' vocational education don't adhere to the needs of social development is the core problem to obstruct its development.In order to resolve it we should abandon the position pattern of politics-economy which we have had for a long time, reposit peasants' vocational education from the field of vision of the third department.It will not only benefit to resolve the problems in deep layer during the course of the development of peasants' vocational education, but also meet the needs of the transition of government function. |
