| 摘 要： | 本文从网络课程学习特征出发,阐述了网络课程中学习者学习动机激发和保持的重要性。在分析当前网络课程中学习动机激发存在的几点问题的基础上,着重探讨了网络课程学习中激发和保持学习动机的策略,以维系学习者在网络课程学习中的动力。
