职业分层与住房产权——对1996年全国调查数据的分析

是否拥有住房产权是社会经济分层的重要指标,本文以职业分层为自变量,通过对1996年全国调查数据(以下简称GSS1996)的分析,探讨职业的阶层差别如何作用于住房产权的获得。分析结果发现,权力、教育与资源分配作为职业分层的最主要内容对人们住房产权的获得起着重要的影响作用。其中,资源分配又是最直接、最重要的影响因素。本文最终选取的统计分析模型旨在说明职业分层与其相关要素如何左右人们住房产权的获得,而非罗列获得住房产权的所有影响因素。

Occupational Stratification and Housing Property——An Analysis from GSS1996

The availability of housing property is an important indicator for socio-economic stratification.This article,from occupational stratification variables,is discussing this problem from GSS1996.Finally we find that empowerment,education and the allocation of resources are the most important factors in gaining the housing property.In these factors,the allocation of resources is the most direct one.The statistical analysis model this article chooses is to show how the socio-economic stratification can influence the availability of housing property.
