摘    要:在教育全球化背景下,作为提供具体教育服务的学校,为适应社会经济发展,为实现“育人”和“经济收益”双重目的,采用“经营”的方式达到教育资源最有效的配置,从而促使学校效益最大化,这种“经营”理念促使学校教育从思维模式、行为范式、制度变迁、理论创新和实践改革等发生了一系列变革———在新的视角下构建出学校经营理论、模式与策略框架。

Abstract:Against the background of the globalization of education,to adapt themselves to the economical development,to achieve the dual purposes of "educating people" and "economical benefits",schools,as institutions that provide concrete educational services,adopt a "managing" mode to ensure the most effective arrangement of educational resources so as to achieve the maximization of benefit of the schools.Such a "managing" idea brings about a series of changes in the thinking mode of education,the models of actions,the changes of systems,the innovation of theories,the practice of reforms to build up a framework of theories,patterns and strategies of school management with the new perspective.
