Some Ideas about the Theory, Patterns and Strategies of Management by Schools--A perspective of educational economics

Against the background of the globalization of education,to adapt themselves to the economical development,to achieve the dual purposes of "educating people" and "economical benefits",schools,as institutions that provide concrete educational services,adopt a "managing" mode to ensure the most effective arrangement of educational resources so as to achieve the maximization of benefit of the schools.Such a "managing" idea brings about a series of changes in the thinking mode of education,the models of actions,the changes of systems,the innovation of theories,the practice of reforms to build up a framework of theories,patterns and strategies of school management with the new perspective.
