| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济的发展,客观上要求时间和空间的节约.价值规律就是劳动时间节约规律,国民经济城市化规律就是经济空间节约规律.我国在推进国民经济商品化和市场化的同时,必须推进国民经济城市化.
