| Abstract: | This article tries to explore reasonably the channels of the reform of property right, and to give full play legally to the function of juridical persons existing in the rural Credit Cooperatives. So seeing from internal causes, we can solve some main problems that the rural Credit Cooperatives are facing during their management. |
