摘    要:以学校办学定位为依据,以大湾区的广东中车企业为依托,以省级校级教研教改项目为载体,以校企深度融合协同培养为模式,以提高本科生应用创新能力培养为目标,创新性地提出"四纵一横"思路,有机完善和充实了轨道交通车辆工程专业人才培养方案,形成车辆工程专业实践教学的长效机制,从而建立起具有创新意义的、适合粤港澳大湾区轨道交通车辆工程专业人才培养要求的校外实践教学体系。

Abstract:Based on school orientation,relying on Guangdong CRRC Enterprises in the Greater Bay Area,using provincial school-level teaching and research reform projects as carriers,a model of school-enterprise collaborative training and deep integration of production and education is used to improve the application innovation ability training of undergraduates.The"four vertical and one horizontal"idea is innovatively proposed to organically perfect and enrich rail transit vehicle engineering professional talent training program.A long-term mechanism for practical teaching of vehicle engineering is formed,thus an innovative off-campus practical teaching system suitable for the training requirements of rail transit vehicle engineering talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is established.
