网络舆论对国家安全影响问题探析

随着网络技术应用的普及和发展,舆论的传播方式和传播速度都发生了根本性的变化,网络舆论对人类的生存方式和社会状态产生了全方位的影响。从非传统安全观的视角看,由于网络舆论传播的普遍性、跨国性、复杂性、不可控性等特点,网络舆论已成为影响国家安全新问题。本文论证了网络舆论对社会的影响,研究了网络舆论对我国国家安全的冲击,提出了针对网络舆论的高度重视、疏导结合、有效管理的政策建议。

Discussion and Analysis of the Impact of Public Opinion in the Web upon National Security

Along with the network technique applied to the universality and its development,fundamental changes have taken place in the spreads way and speed of the public opinion.Network public opinion influenced the human social state.Seeing from the unconventional safe view,because of the point of catholicity,multinational,complexity of network public opinion spreads,the network public opinion has become to affect the new problem in national security.This thesis gave a demonstration of network public opinion to the social influence,studied the network public opinion to the impact of our country's national security,and put forward some policy suggestion to management the network public opinion.
