实践教学改革与培养创新人才的研究与探讨

在电气工程专业的教学过程中受传统教育思想影响，较普遍存在重理论轻实践的倾向，致使毕业生在实践技能、解决实际问题的能力方面欠缺。为了克服上述存在的问题，要在重视理论教学的同时把实践教学提高到应有的高度和位置，对此，主要就电工、电子学课程的实践教学作了讨论。

Study and Discussion on Teaching Reform and Developing Innovative Personnel

During the teaching of electrical engineering, it shows a tendency towards paying too much attention to theory while neglecting practice due to pedagogical influence. As a result, ability of practice and solving practical problems cannot be learned by the graduates. Practice teaching must be regarded as the same time as theory teaching in order to resolve the problems above. Practice teaching of electricity and electronics are discussed.
