大学生心理健康教育“345”工作模式探索与实践——以重庆财经职业学院为例

重庆财经职业学院在深入贯彻落实加强和改进大学生心理健康教育的实践中探索出＂345＂工作模式,即建立学院—系部—班级＂三级塔式＂心理健康教育的工作网络,寝室—班级—系部—学院＂四级贯通＂的预警机制,宣传教育、调查研究、课堂教学、咨询辅导、危机干预＂五位一体＂的工作体系,对大学生开展心理健康教育,取得了显著效果。

Exploration and Practice of 345 Work Pattern of College Students' Psychological Health Education——Based on Chongqing College of Finance and Economics

In the process of in-depth strengthening and improving the psychological health education,Chong qing College of Finance and Economics explored ＂345＂ work pattern.Namely,establishing ＂tower with three layers＂ （faculty-department-Class） psychological health education network; ＂perforation with four stages＂ （dormitory-class-department-faculty） disaster warning mechanism; ＂integration with five members＂（Public education,research,teaching,counseling,crisis intervention） work system,to carry out psychological health education of college students and gain remarkable achievements.
