少年背向滑步推铅球技术教法探析

背向滑步推铅球技术对于少年投掷运动员来说,是一项技术较复杂而又难以掌握的投掷技术。传统的推铅球技术教学,动作过程较长,不利于少年选手的重心稳定和集中注意力。为此,通过多年教学实践和对铅球有关技术资料的研究,设计了适合少年运动员特点的新的教学方法,进行教学实验研究其结果取得较好的教学与训练效果。这种教法有利于运动员加快掌握动作并为进一步向先进投掷技术过渡奠定了牢固的技术基础。

Research and Analysis of the Technical Teaching of Putting Shot of Back Sliding of the Juvenile

To the juvenile shot - putter, the shot put technique of the back sliding is a complicated and hard one. The traditional technique, in which the motion process is longer, is not benefit for the shot - putter to remain the center of gravity stable and concentrate the attention. So by teaching practice and research of technical material of shot put for many years, the author designed a new teaching method which is suitable for the character of the juvenile. And it has been practiced, which has got a better teaching and training result.It is of advantage of the shot - putter to grasp the motion and also it lays the firm foundation to the advanced shot put technical transition.
