| 摘 要： | 为了使学生在掌握好基本实验技能的基础上，充分发挥其学习的主观能动性，全面提高学生的综合素质，本介绍了在普通生物学实验的教学内容、教学方法及考核体系等方面所进行的有益的教学改革探索和一些经验与体会。

| Abstract: | To enable students to bring their own initiative into full play on the basis of a solid background and to raise their quality in an all-round manner, an effort has been made to reform our teaching materials, methods, and testing systems for the course of general biology. This paper reports the experience gained in the process. |
