X公司生物芯片产品开发中的合作行为分析

合作是企业创新能力的来源之一。本论文结合X公司与某医学研究所关于生物芯片技术合作开发的实践,探讨了在合作创新过程中选取合作机会时所应遵循的信誉原则、兼容性原则、战略重要性原则。论文分析了在建立和谐合作关系中所应考虑的诸多问题,指出着重要处理好彼此之间的"横向关系",包括信任关系、平等关系、"知识交换"型学习机制以及有效的沟通渠道和"纵向关系",即理顺管理关系。

An analysis of collaborative behavior in the development of a bio-chip product of X Co.

The ability to innovation comes from a skill that is underdeveloped in most companies: collaboration. Through the study about the collaborative practice of developing bio-chip between X company and a medical research institute in China, this article reveals that the election of collaborative opportunities should abide by a series of principles, such as the reputations of collaborators, the compatibility of the cooperation partners etc. Moreover, it explores many problems to which should be paid attention in the process of building the harmonic cooperative relationship, including "horizontal relationship", such as building the equality and trust among partners, "knowledge exchange" learning alley, successful communication channel and "vertical relationship"——excellent management.
